The vinyl is packaged flat with a full color step-by-step instruction to get you crafting right away! Oracal 651 is a high performance calendared vinyl proudly manufactured in the USA. It is 2.5 mil thick with high gloss finish (except for Matte White, and Matte Black). It is water resistant, weatherproof, and its solvent-based, permanent adhesive makes it ideal for many outdoor applications including decals for cars, windows, cups/tumblers, signs, and many more. It is compatible with most craft cutters.
