Swags of highly fragrant, small, bright yellow, bell-shaped blooms hang through the trees in upland woods and along river banks. It has a natural climbing and cascading habit, so it needs little coaxing to provide quick cover. However, it is a well-behaved, fine-stemmed vine with many versatile uses.
