Castaldo VLT (Very Low Temperature) Silicone Mold Rubber is ideal for producing long-lasting production molds directly from CAD/CAM and Rapid Prototyping plastic resin models, without risk of model damage. Speeds your designs from computer concept to production in hours, not days. Also great for creating molds from traditional wax carvings. Compatible with standard vulcanizers and mold frames. Easy to pack and cut. Shrinkage is only 0.1%. Produces highly detailed wax injections with extraordinarily shiny surfaces that require less finishing. Use with Castaldo Resin Release Spray (see "Related Products" below) when using VLT with CAD/CAM resin and wax models. Sold in boxes of 5 lbs. of approximately 2-7/8"W x 18"L strips.
