If your looking for added stability while on the water, this grab bar can be mounted anywhere to the deck of your boat or casting/poling platforms for that extra sense of security.
- STURDY CONSTRUCTION - This grab rail is constucted of 6061 extruded aluminum tube and secured to the mounting location with all stainless steel hardware. For added quality, the grab bar is protected with an anodized finish to protect against corrosion. The base is anchored to the top railing with the use of a rattle-free coupler. Meeting ABYC H-41 standards, it supports a static load of 400 pounds (182 kg) in any direction.
- EASY DIY INSTALLATION - Pre-drilled holes in the base plate provide a template for precise hole locations while drilling to your contact surface. Once the base plate is permanently fastened to its final location, the top of the grab bar can be secured using provided set screws. This is ideal for center consoles, pontoons, deck boats, and can even be mounted on your dock.
- REMOVABLE FOR STORAGE - For added convenience, the top portion of the boat deck grab bar can be removed and stowed out of the way - freeing up valuable deck space on your boat. Once removed, the top portion of the bar can be stored in existing rod racks.
