At its core is PACLOCK’s dual ball-bearing “toe and heel” locking mechanism, which delivers dramatically higher pull-force resistance than conventional lever-lock designs. This construction not only increases security but also provides a noticeably smoother, more consistent locking and unlocking experience. Security is further enhanced by a best-in-class 6-pin cylinder specifically designed to resist picking, bumping, rapping, and other covert entry techniques. Every “90-Series” lock includes special security pins that disrupt manipulation attempts and raise the difficulty level well beyond typical padlocks. For demanding outdoor or corrosive environments, PACLOCK strongly recommends upgrading to the Hardened Stainless Steel shackle, offering exceptional strength and industry-leading corrosion resistance. Precision matters. Each “90-Series” lock body is CNC-machined to ±0.003” tolerances, ensuring consistent performance, durability, and repeatable quality you can trust.
