Seki EDGE Flexible Butter Peeler Knife (SJ-K380)

The Seki EDGE Flexible Butter Peeler Knife is both a handy small kitchen knife and an innovative butter spreader! Four wide holes at the tip of the knife are used to shave and peel thin strips of butter off the bar. This lifts and fluffs the butter onto the blade for easy spreading on bread or anything else. The knife has a flexible and sharp 3" serrated blade that will grip and cut with ease. Great for cutting bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, meat and the like. Handle with care as the blade is sharp. The blade is made of SUS301 stainless steel and is dishwasher safe up to 176°F(80°C). Made in Japan.
