There is a handle hole to aid in holding the board. The backside of the board is plain. Size: 11.5" x 8.75" x .5" thick. Engraving Side is for Display Only Cutting is to be on the Opposite Engraved Side HAND WASH with Soapy Water and Wipe Dry Do NOT put in Dishwasher. Lightly wipe Food Grade Mineral Oil onto the Wood if the Surface begins to look dry.
