The Enforcer lets you carry one bike with a 9mm or a 15mm thru axle fork on the roof top of your vehicle. Plenty of adaptors are available to fit varying thru Axel sizes. The rack adjusts for bikes of different lengths. It easily mounts to most cross bars and can be installed without any tools.
