Product Description Cast aluminum construction with a cast iron nylon pulley on 1/4" stainless steel axle, this Stationary Truck/Pulley is designed to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured by stainless steel set screws. The top has been designed to accept an ornament with a spindle and it is secured to the truck with a stainless steel pan head screw. Maximum halyard diameter is 5/16". Designed to fit 2 1/2" diameter residential flagpoles.
