All Natural. Phenomenal sweetness bursting with the flavor & aroma of freshly picked Wild Blueberries. A nice addition to any Salad, but particularly those that include Blue, Goat or Feta Cheese. Fantastic Drizzled over Fresh Fruit, Ice Cream, or Pancakes & Waffles. All of VSOP's Balsamic Vinegars are progressively aged through a battery of seven fired wood barrels (cherry, oak, ash, chestnut, mulberry, juniper, acacia) of successively smaller sizes, according to the age old Solera Method. They are of the highest quality and are made in Modena, Italy from cooked, ultra premium caramelized grape must from Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes, which is cooked in a copper kettle over an open wood fire according to tradition.
