- The dry tea leaves emanate a subtle floral aroma that intensifies upon infusion in water. This floral scent is not artificially added but naturally occurs during the growth and production process of the tea. Upon taking a sip, the floral notes fill your mouth, accompanied by a hint of sweetness and a smooth, mellow texture
- The tea liquor showcases a golden hue, clear and free from impurities. This vibrant color arises from the light fermentation process, during which oxidation reactions occur. This beautiful color not only enhances the visual appeal of the infusion but also elevates the enjoyment of the tea-drinking experience
- Carefully selected for their tenderness based on the one bud and two leaves standard, the tea leaves undergo the exquisite handling of a 30-year-experienced tea master for a light fermentation process, resulting in tightly curled leaves around the stems. We preserve the tea in vacuum-sealed aluminum bags, further enclosed in a jar to isolate external air, thus extending its shelf life
- This tea is ideally suited for both hot and cold brewing, allowing for multiple infusions. For hot brewing, we recommend using water at 100°C (212℉). For cold brewing, simply steep the leaves in room-temperature water for at least 3 hours. You can adjust the brewing time and temperature to your preference.Cold brewing tends to minimize the extraction of bitter compounds from the tea leaves
