LEFTURN does not knowingly provide services to sanctioned persons or entities, or enter into prohibited transactions under applicable Canadian and other relevant sanctions laws. Screening is based on applicable measures, the client, payment counterparties, beneficial ownership, location and the services involved. Country-level exclusions may also apply under LEFTURN’s internal risk policy or a prop firm’s rules. A country mentioned in an international sanctions framework is not necessarily subject to a universal prohibition on all residents. Services are unavailable wherever prohibited by law. Clients should obtain written eligibility confirmation before purchasing an account or paying for services. This policy must be reviewed and updated against current official sanctions guidance before launch.
