Refund Policy
Challenge-passing, funded-account management and other service charges are governed by the agreement accepted at checkout. LEFTURN generally does not provide refunds once a service has been purchased or commenced, subject to non-waivable consumer rights and any expressly stated exception. Where a free retry or reimbursement arrangement is offered, it applies only under its written eligibility conditions and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed challenge pass or payout. Prop-firm challenge purchase fee refunds are controlled by the prop firm and are separate from LEFTURN service fees. Please review the agreement or contact support before paying. This is a draft policy and must match actual signed terms.
